Positive Heroes will be honouring South Africa’s Unsung Heroes who provide the love, support, care and help that people affected by the HIV virus need. They work openly and proudly, throughout Mzansi – doing their bit to end stigma. And we want to thank them by showcasing their work on our website and through Facebook.
Our first new Hero will be Bongi Mquango – who has supported his mom Busi throughout her Journey with HIV. He attended TAC Rallies with her from seven years of age, has always kept her laughing and made sure she took her meds. He even came down to surf as a Hero. What a guy, we can’t wait to read his story! (Bongi is pictured above, 2nd from left).
