Positive Heroes Masibulele Gcabo, Willie Engelbrecht and Evelina Tshabalala all completed the arduous 89km Comrades Marathon with greatly improved times.
Masbulele finished in 7 hours and 56 minutes followed an hour later by Willie (8 hours, 56 minutes) and Evelina (10 hours).
These Positive Heroes help to show that ordinary South Africans, living with HIV, are capable of anything – even running one of the World’s hardest endurance races.
