Evelina Tshablala, Masibulele Gcabo and Willie Engelbrecht all successfully completed the 56km Two Oceans Marathon.

Hard effort, good planning and a focus on their long term goals is as important for the team in their normal life as it is in preparing for an ultra-marathon. The team took their ARVs (HIV medication) whilst running as they know the importance of always taking them on time (being adherent).
Evelina, Masibulele and Willie are great examples of the thousands of South Africans who are also Heroes – all Ordinary People living Extraordinary Lives!
